Kreg Biffle
Kreg Biffle is currently the band director at Strong Rock Christian School in Henry County after retiring in the spring of 2025 with 30 years of service in public schools with most of that time being spent in the Henry County schools. Mr. Biffle is a native of Clayton County where he graduated from Morrow High School. Mr. Biffle went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Mr. Biffle has been awarded several honors throughout his career including being named the Teacher of the Year for Locust Grove Middle School in 2013 and being inducted into the Phi Beta Mu International Bandmasters Fraternity in 2023. His professional affiliations include the Georgia Music Educators Association, the Music Educators National Conference, and the National Band Association. Mr. Biffle has served as an LGPE adjudicator and guest conductor for numerous districts throughout Georgia. Mr. Biffle’s bands have consistently garnered superior ratings at GMEA district band performance evaluations as well as at several other regional festivals. His students have also been consistently represented in district honor band and all-state events. Mr. Biffle is also the co-owner of the ENCORE! Band and Orchestra Camps, where he also served as a staff member for approximately 20 years before becoming a co-owner.
Mr. Biffle currently resides in McDonough with his wife Christie and daughter Ella. They also have a daughter Anslee who resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Ben and a son Connor who resides in Jacksonville, Alabama with his wife Emma. They are active members of the Salem Baptist Church where they both sing in the Celebration Choir and participate in other ministries as well.
